About Orlando Trust
The Orlando Community and Youth Trust Inc. (Trust) is a non-profit organization created on September 9, 1994, to support the mission of the City of Orlando Department of Families, Parks, and Recreation (FPR). It is FPR's fundraising entity, making projects possible that are not regularly part of the department's allocated funds. Projects and activities funded by the Trust enhance the quality of life for youth, families, and senior citizens living in the City of Orlando.
Parramore Kidz Zone Receives $5,000 Grant
The City of Orlando Parramore Kidz Zone (PKZ) is the recipient of a
$5,000 grant from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. The grant will be award to PKZ through the Orlando Community & Youth Trust, Inc. The support of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida will directly benefit the youth of Parramore in becoming successful and healthy adults. More specifically, PKZ plans to use the grant funds towards athletic programs that aid in youth development and the health and wellness of these children.
